Stretch marks, or scars that happen when your skin rapidly stretches or shrinks, typically show up as bands of lines running across your skin.
Common areas that have stretch marks include: Stomach / Breasts / Upper arms / Thighs / Buttocks / Calves
With a wide variety of skin color pigments and advanced color measurement technology, our professionals are able to accurately do color selection to match your skin tone. Pigments are natural and are SGS, MSDS quality and safety tested.
Stretch marks are able to be visibly reduced with just 1 session. Depending on stretch mark severity, it may be recommended to do 2-3 sessions to cover up and match skin tone perfectly.
Mirage’s Recommendation:
Treatment can only be done on whitish stretch marks. Ideal treatment to do quickly after pregnancy/ while the stretch marks are still fresh. This allows for best results of lightening to match original skin tone.
Duration: Depends on area. 1 postcard size areas is counted as 1 treatment.
Downtime:
Week 1: Mild redness and slight itchiness will be expected on treated area.
Week 2 to 3: There will be slight peeling on treated area and colour tone will slowly fade to match original skin tone.
*Reaction will depend on individual’s skin condition. Some individuals may experience stretch mark getting darker after the session due to melasma/PIH and may take more than 28 days to lighten.
