2. Any promotion is limited to one redemption per customer.
3. Treatment must be utilized within 60 days of the purchase date.

6. All sales are final and non-refundable.
7. In the event that customers purchase more than one promotion, only one promotion will be valid and the rest will be refunded after deducting any transaction costs.

Such consent will supersede any prior choices made by you.
